A man is found to have a five cm fir-tree in the lung when the doctor thought he had a tumor upon x-ray. And the surgery turn out to be a surprise when they saw a five cm fir tree.
And the question to ponder is, how did this tree grow in the lungs when there's no sunlight that is needed for growth?
