and something interesting i read while working
it's abt the alpha,beta,theta and delta waves in our brain. think i read it somewhere b4 also though.

When we are busy using our brain, thinking of answers, we generate beta waves.
But when we start to relax, take a deep breath to think throught, we are generating alpha waves

so what about the theta and delta?

when we are at super low energy, for example day-dreaming, the theta waves in the brain takes over. And delta waves are found in deep, dreamless and refreshing sleep.

counted by cycles per second, the lesser cycles per second of the delta waves, it means we are actually having a deep and nice sleep. but ZERO cycles means....your brain is dead.

so i shall aim to have a 0.000000000001 delta wave in my brain tonight.
AS IF I CAN! lol.
