Had a great friday night out by trying one more milkshake flavour! now i'm left with 3 more that i haven't try yet and i heard that 2 more flavours will be coming out soon. yeah!

similar to last year, it's very squeezy.
u'll see some chiong like mad, some walk like mad, some couples blocking the bloody ROAD, and some trying their best to jog.
And how terrible can i get being lazy to exercise? i took out my sports shoe to wear today + taking out the yellow ribbon prison race's chip. This is equivalent to not wearing my sports shoe for about a month, not exercising for a month! my toes hurt from the heels few days back and jog slower than i expected. but at least my knee didnt have any problem this time round. phew.
And they had two pair of tiny eyes!
guess a lot didnt have sufficient sleep the night before the race.
Now that nike human race is over. Next week i'll be starting my yoga lesson! wohooo. hope i'll have enjoyable weeks perspiring out from yoga session.
