Now i'm counting the amt of money i have...where to go next?
Just finished one report and I'm slacking around to blog. have finally painted the China map and marked down where I've travelled to in China. Use to watch tv shows and ppl start putting a pin on the world map of places they've went. I shld start do-ing up my computerize world-map, and make down which are the places I've left my foot prints at.
So here it is: MAP of CHINA
Let me start the Part I of GIP, the trips that I've went with my friends during the GIP period:
A summary from Mid January til Mid June.
24th Jan: The first time out of Shanghai with my housemates to SuZhou.
11th Feb: Very soon, it was the Chinese New Year. We had a gathering with the wan bang-ians. Wan Bang= a place where 6 houses stayed at the condo, which all of us are living in different blocks. Some take 15 mins to walk to the train station. My house is lucky to get the house which only take us 5 mins to walk to the train station.
I still remember those two places are cold. We tried skiing in Harbin, which hit -24 degrees on one of the days when we were there. We met Kassyn's house at Beijing, and end up having Pizzahut as dinner together with them.
27th Feb: Nanjing trip
Sharon, youtian, Jeffery, Richard, Kheng Hiang, Joshua, Kim Heng and Hwee Hwee
5th April: Nothing to do, housemates and I went Tian Tai Shan. I can remember the place as the ulu-est ever. But i found the best cake there!
1st May: Henan trip! we went to luoyang, zhenzhou and kaifeng. A trip with housemates and kheng hiang.
Cultural trip there.

16th May: A short half-a-day trip organised by Jane, the few of us went to Zhu Jia Jiao, which is abt 1 hour bus ride off from shanghai. There were NTU friends who came all the way from Singapore, and there's suzhou GIP ppl to join us as well.

29th May: A few of us went and do CIP under the Shanghai Young Bakers. We baked bread and learnt it from the orphans.

6th June: Not many days left in Shanghai, so went kite flying at fudan! i simply love the patch of grass in front of guang hua lou.
Last week of June in Shanghai: Need to clear expo tickets that we bought!
There were too many pavilions to visit. Made a trip to quite a few there. But i must say Belgium pavilion is the best of all! worth the wait at the queue.
That's all for now, i'll have my part II for the after GIP trip soon.
