3 Days well spent at SAIGON!we ate a lot, shop a lot. ok.....for me i think i bought a lot of things cause i seldom shop. I think the biggest shou huo for me is the Timbuk2 Metro Messenger Bag.But i do not have a picture taken. Prehaps another time.
And must really thank jithong for bringing us to the few shops to eat. The taste were awesome. But before meeting up with him and his teacher from vietnam to a french cusine, the hungry ppl ate some bread first.
Augstin was the place we went. nice food for the price we paid for french cusine. hmmm.. yum yum. so fullll
And this is another nice place of crabs and prawns. Mayhwee... nice place! haha. and thanks jithong for recommending :)
Last day of touring in saigon, we went to cu chi tunnel, post office and the war museum. Didnt quite like the trip to cu chi tunnel. erm....maybe because there's nothing much to see. But I must believe that the vietnam ppl are skinny. feel the tunnel is so squeezzzyyyyyyy!!!
Just a random thing that is on sale. Not random, erm, i just find the picture nice.
It's actually hand-made by those handicap ppl. the white portion are made of egg shells.
And i feel that the vietnamnese really very zhun jing HCM. erm, i see his photo everywhere. And them hanging vietnam flag everywhere. Oh, back in Hanoi, we visited HCM's body. the guards were quite strict. and it's a very very very long QUEUE. I'm sure the ppl do respect him a lot.
And here's the one fun part of cu chi tunnel that my group didnt get to take a photo with it! what a waste :(
Eh... he's not any uncle. He's our guide in cu chi tunnel. the explanation of 3 levels of their unground thing for war. Quite awesome. But don't think singapore can do it. i think our underground are of pipes and wiresss.
And they haf this tapoica for us to eat as part of the trip... the peanut taste nice!
This is one of the war museum place that i'm stun with. I mean it's not real if you look carefully. But this is how it looks like for the ppl to see what the prisoners are doing in their cell... so no privacyyy.

And our second last good meal in saigon is here with us.
and of random, i think i'm so happy for lusi,ching,huili,mich and ws for doing so well in their studies. hee :)
